Six services. One certified team.
From painting and protective coatings to anchor point certification, we deliver specialist services at any height.
Rope Access Maintenance & Painting
Our certified team uses industry-leading rope access techniques to safely paint, maintain and restore the most challenging surfaces. From high-rise apartments to multi-storey commercial buildings, we deliver flawless finishes on facades, walls, soffits and structural elements that scaffolding simply can't reach efficiently.
Commercial Painting
Transform your commercial property without disrupting day-to-day operations. Our rope access painters work outside business hours where required, accessing the trickiest exterior surfaces on office towers, retail complexes, hotels and body corporate buildings. Quality finishes, minimal downtime, complete peace of mind.
Residential Painting
Multi-storey homes, coastal residences and architecturally complex builds often have surfaces that ladders and scaffolding can't safely reach. Our rope access residential service brings the same care and attention to detail you'd expect from any Core Painting job, with the added capability to handle the heights and angles others avoid.
Protective Coatings
Protect your investment from the harsh Queensland climate with specialist protective coatings applied by rope access. We use premium products designed to withstand UV exposure, salt air, moisture and high traffic, extending the life of your building and reducing long-term maintenance costs. Ideal for industrial facilities, coastal properties and commercial structures.
Anchor Point Install & Testing
Stay compliant with Australian Standards. Our team installs, inspects, certifies and recertifies anchor points and height safety systems across commercial and industrial buildings. Annual inspections, full documentation, and a complete safety audit so your building is ready for the next maintenance cycle.
Anchor Point Certification
Each Anchor Point system comes with Industry certification. A User's Manual & Work Method Booklet will be supplied with each system installed. Our Anchor Points meet or exceed the requirements of Australian Standards AS/NZS 1891.4:2000, AS/NZS 5532:2013, and AN/NZS 4488:1997
