The Yes Loans philosophyA broker, and the licence behind it
Yes Loans does not lend its own money. We are an authorised credit representative, which means every application we submit sits under someone's credit licence, and you are entitled to know whose. Here is the chain, and what to do if it goes wrong.
The lender prices your file, not us. What a broker changes is which lenders see your situation and how well it is put in front of them, which is a smaller promise than a rate and one we can actually keep.

One application goes to the lenders on our panel whose credit policy fits your situation, rather than to every lender at once. These are some of the names on it.

Every broker at Yes Loans works with you directly, from first chat to settlement. Call or email the person, not a call centre.

The whole team works out of one office on the Albany Highway strip, ten minutes south east of the Perth CBD. You are welcome to come in and sit down with a broker. If you would rather not, an application can be done start to finish over the phone and by email.
